firmware updates for older Magic Keyboard and Magic Trackpad

I have an Apple keyboard and trackpad I bought 13.5 years ago. They both still work fine, but I was wondering whether Apple has any firmware updates for them. If not, what are the latest versions that work on these devices? Thanks in advance.

About the security content of Magic Keyboard Firmware Update 2.0.6

The important element being as per below

Therefore a " I have an Apple keyboard and trackpad I bought 13.5 years ago " this security update would not apply

Bluetooth

Available for: Magic Keyboard; Magic Keyboard (2021); Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad; Magic Keyboard with Touch ID; and Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and Numeric Keypad

Impact: An attacker with physical access to the accessory may be able to extract its Bluetooth pairing key and monitor Bluetooth traffic

Description: A session management issue was addressed with improved checks.

CVE-2024-0230: Marc Newlin of SkySafe

I was actually asking if there's some way to check the latest version of the firmware for my keyboard and trackpad. The answer was below the text pasted in the reply:

Firmware updates are automatically delivered in the background while the Magic Keyboard is actively paired to a device running macOS, iOS, iPadOS, or tvOS.

I have to assume I have the latest firmware updates for my aging keyboard and trackpad - just wish there was a way to confirm this. Oh well - the joys of sticking to aging devices that still work properly...

I neglected to mention that I had already checked firmware versions.
keyboard version: 0.5.0
trackpad version: 1.6.0

I presume these are the newest versions that will work with my devices and that they won't take newer versions.

Incidentally, I wonder if the newer Bluetooth technology in my MBP with an M2 chip is not as backwards-compatible as I'd like with my older keyboard and trackpad... sure, they're aging, but they still work, and things "still working" after a long time is a big part of what keeps me loyal to Apple.

An Apple keyboard and trackpad that Old and still working is Great and does speak to the qualify of Apple Accessories

Up until 2 years ago, I too had an Apple keyboard and mouse from 2012

To get to the point, if there was a Firmware update for either of the two accessories

No doubt, it would probable have had the updated applied some time ago.
