I am unable to sync my iPhone 15 Pro Max to iPad Pro 6th generation
I just brought my cell # over to Verizon to new phone and they won't sync with Bluetooth on

It has never been possible to sync an iPhone or iPad with any other iPhone or iPad using Bluetooth. It is also not necessary to for any purpose other than using a personal hotspot on the iPhone.
What are you trying to achieve? Knowing that another user in this forum can suggest how to do it.
