Getting this message every morning upon logging in, do not understand it

Actually posting for a relative who does not have an Apple account. She recently bought a Macbook Air 2023, using OS 14.5. She gets a message upon logging in every morning "Allow the loading of third-party Kernel Extensions. NTFS for Mac utilizes kext, Apple Silicon Macs require a one time setup to be performed" and a button that say "get started".

Can someone explain the technical language? Does she need to do this?

It appears that she (or someone who provided assistance) installed Paragon NTFS for Mac but didn't complete the installation. This would have been for the purpose of connecting an NTFS-formatted external disk drive to the Mac. NTFS formatted disk drives are from Windows.

Macs can read NTFS disks just fine, but not write to them. NTFS for Mac enables you to write to NTFS disks. She does not need it unless she wants to write (copy) files to that external drive.
