Can I switch back to iOS 17 from iOS 18 ?
I updated my iPadOS version 18 and now have problems, Can I switch back to version 17?

Yes - with caveats...
If you are currently enrolled in a beta programme and wish to return to using the current production version, this support page provides the necessary information to remove the beta from your iPad:

Be aware that if your iPad while running the iPadOS18 beta has been backed-up to iCloud, you’ll not be able to use this backup to restore iPadOS 17.x. A backup can only be restored to the same, or later, version of iPadOS. If you don’t have a suitable backup for iPadOS 17.5.1 (this being current), you will need to set-up the iPad as new.
