Moving music library to gain space on main drive

I have a 2020 M1 Mac Mini 14.5 0.5TB that is running out of space. I also have a 2 TB external SSD drive attached that has 2 - 1 TB partitions, one of which is used as a Time Machine backup. About reports that there is 21.03 GB of 494.38 GB is available on the internal drive. The folder bob > Music has 126.66 GB and the folder bob > Pictures has 126.27 GB. Some actions such as mounting Adobe Photoshop Elements fail now due to lack of space on the internal drive. My plan on adding the 2 TB drive was to move my music and photo libraries to it. I read on support.apple > Apple Music User Guide > Change where your music files are stored on Mac how to add files to a new location but not how to move the files and release space. How can I move the entire library and free up space?
