I've tested all my chargers and leads and cleaned out the charging port on my iPhone 11 but it will only charge from the wireless pad. I guess this means the lightning port is broken or worn out? Is it repairable and for how much ££?

Apple does not do field repairs, except for screens and batteries. For your issue they would replace the phone for a fee; this link has details→iPhone Repair & Service - Apple Support
If the only problem is the charging port you may be able to find a local shop who can replace it, but that isn’t the only possible reason the phone doesn’t charge. But not by Apple. And where did your information come from? In 17 years using iPhones I have never had a charging port fail. And this forum regularly gets questions from iPhone 6 (10 years old now) users, and none of them ever mention charging port failures.
My info came from my knowledge that my other devices with lightning ports change up fine through their lightning ports regardless of which charger and cable I use but my phone will now only charge wirelessly. This might be an erroneous assumption. Please let me know if so.
