What should I do if my iPad is connected to headphones but I'm not using them?

I tried basically everything and my volume still doesn’t function.

I’m not on silent mode but it says that I’m connected to some headphones even if my bluetooth is off. I also turned it off but it still didn’t work. The only way I can hear sounds is by using headphones.
