how come the screen time is not working on my phone? i cant see my childrens screen time activity.

i cant see my children’s screen time activity. it doesn’t update until the next day. but it works on their phone. this started happening after the latest update. I’ve reset my phone, reset their phone, shut off screen time and started it again. Signed out of my account and signed back in but still nothing
