Shazam 2 month free subscription glitch or not and being charged??

I used Shazam a lot to find songs in the streets or anywhere, but today I got a 2 month Apple Music, and clicked on it and redeem it, but for some reason it also charged?? I went and checked that I didn’t get the 2 months and it charged me the amount they gave, but also for some reason it said that the subscription is going to end today, don’t know what time, and also I went to PayPal and my bank to check if the transaction worked and it didn’t and didn’t appear anything?? What do I do? And why did this happen??
