I can't figure out why my iPhone pictures, notes, etc., never seem to synch in a timely fashion with my Mac or iPad. The iPad and Mac synch right away. I find that I have to air drop photos to get them onto the Mac. I have the same settings on iPad and iPhone, so what is going on? All updated to latest software versions.

Photos do not sync in real time between iPhones and iCloud, to preserve the battery on the iPhone and avoid cellular data usage. If you open the Photos app there is a link at the bottom of the Library view to sync immediately.
Notes are a different story; they sync through your email provider.
Where is this link at the bottom of the Library view on the iPhone?
Our email accounts are @mac.com accounts - had them since forever. All suppose to go to iCloud.
My iPhone doesn't synch with my Mac for a lot of things.
