TouchBar not working

Since I updated to Sonoma OS my Touch Bar stopped working and it doesnt even light up when I turn on my Mac

Touchbar Malfunctional Macbook Pro with Sonoma 14.4. Touchbar does not working right for over a year. There is a rectangular bar next to the power button keeps on blinking. And the next one and a half inch long area to its left is totally black. This area should display the volume controls. It works when I touch it, but just no display. No help with reseting and restarting. Anyone has similar issues and have solutions? Thanks.

Hi,

If your MacBook Pro has intel processor, resetting SMC could solve your issue.

Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

If your MacBook Pro is Apple Silicon base, rebooting could solve the issue.
