How to get Shortcut Action open URL to Settings AssistiveTouchCustomize to customise top menu buttons to trigger shortcut not visible without power down device? When I tap on an icon, the System Menu does not list said shortcut until I turn device off and on.

Said shortcut has been recently added (minutes ago).
