How to update only on Wi-Fi

I have an iPhone 14 pro. Although I have Wi-Fi most of the time , at home and at the office, my data runs out. I believe it is because I have apps running in the background and updating and using data. How can I set my phone to only use Wi-Fi for upgrades.
