Apple Watch compass and grid system

When will the ultra watch support mil system for the compass and BNG for the grids in the uk. Pretty rubbish that it doesn’t support it and try’s to be on par with the likes of garmin

Compass doesn’t work on new Watch 11 The compass on my new Apple Watch 11 points in random directions. After I wave my arm around i can eventually get the compass to point north, but if I’m somewhere where I don’t actually know north already (i.e., somewhere I’d need a compass) then that’s not reliable. I’ve done all the usual, turn it off, restart, switch between true north and magnetic north, etc. As it is the compass is useless. Any ideas? I should be able to do X (whatever) and forever after the compass will point in the correct direction, wherever I go in the world – northern or southern hemisphere, etc. It should “just work.”
