Iwatch setup issue

i am trying to connect my i watch to another old phone while setup iwatch he is asking me to activation lock i forgot my mail id of my gmail while setup.please assist me to find gmail id

Check these articles to find out which Apple ID you used:

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

In case this does not work, and you have proof of purchase documentation, you can start an Activation Lock support request.
