Pairing iWatch with Shokz headphones

My iWatch cannot find my Shokz headphones to pair via bluetooth. It means i cannot run without my iPhone wich defeats the purpose of my purchasing iWatch. Any advice?

Hi MargieW68 - I was having the same issue. A hard reset of my Shokz did the trick. I followed the instructions at this link:

good luck & I hope this works for you too.

p.s. I am Margie too!

Have you checked the specifications of your Shokz headphones to see if they support iOS and what versions of IOS they support?? It is up to the peripheral manufacturer to set compatibility with other devices such as iPhones. If they are not compatible then you purchased the wrong set of headphones. If they are supposed to be compatible then please follow the headphones instructions for pairing with an iPhone or call the headphones tech support line.

This does not "sound" like an Apple, iPhone or Apple watch issue.
