Speech dictation is useless

I have iPhone 14 and my iOS is iOS 17.5.1. Speech recognition for dictation is pathetic. It randomly capitalizes words in the middle of sentences, it adds unwanted punctuation. For instance, when I say has, it will type. Hass. And note the period it just put in after the word type. It skips entire phrases and puts in words I never say. Surely someone can update this to be accurate and useful. I have the latest updates and I have restarted my phone multiple times. I did not suffer this with android. It’s making me sorry I have an iPhone. I am leaving some of the errors as they are evidence. I have to spend so much time going back and correcting that I might as well just type it a letter by letter. I do. Large amounts of communication and typing takes too much time. I need accurate speech recognition and dictation.
