Is there a way to Airplay video to TV (roku w/ airplay) and homepod for sound

I have a M2 Macmini that i’m trying to mirror my display to the TV and also send my audio to my HomePod. But my computer will only let me connect to one or the other not both. The tv is an TCL Roku with airplay installed and both the TV and HomePod are connected to Apple Home.

Is there a way to do this? I feel like this should work.
