Field Test Mode - In question SINR0 & SINR1?

I'm doing a basic field test across the work site (It is a pretty big area, farm size),

The data I'm collecting is RSRP, RSRQ, SINR0, SINR1, Download Speed, Upload Speed, Latency & Jitter.

What I want to know are the Apples version of SINR0 and SINR1 useful? As in 30 seconds 3 samples I've collected have thrown what I can only describe as random data, as expected results should be around 0-20dB.

I've started collect my data, these are results I've got so far:

Row is same location within 5-15cm of each device

Data set 1 is using a iPhone15 pro max, and Data set 2 is using iPhone SE

All the data is within 100 meters of each other, and the last 4 are in the same building.

I would expect a little bit of fluctuation of the data +/- 5%, but not the results I'm getting.

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
