How to sync iTunes data to iPhone and iPad using Apple Devices App?

I have installed Apple Devices App on my Windows 11 laptop. I did this in order to sync info from Itunes on my pc to Ipad and Iphone. I followed all the prompts and was advised it was successful. When I open the app I get a screen which shows an iphone and notification to click to continue. I can’t get any further than this screen. Can someone help me? Might be having a seniors moment
