Can I draw on the part of my charger box that gets plugged in?

Ive seen questions like ‘Can I draw on my charger box?’ but it’s not the question IM asking (it is similar). Can I draw on the part of my charger box that gets plugged in? Please answer my question.

If you are referring to the prongs that you insert into an electrical outlet, then the answer is yes you can draw on them, but you shouldn't as they may add resistance to the electric current, overheat, and burn.
