iPhone location bug IOS 17.5.1

iPhone 15 IOS with 17.5.1.

When using mobile internet, my location service is turned on, but location keeps disappearing on ALL apps, including weather, Google maps, Uber, Photos… Internet works fine, just no location service across all my apps.

I can only find location on all my apps when using wifi. Switching on and off doesn’t work. Changing sims doesn’t work.

IStore did check, nothing wrong with hardware. They say they don’t know why…
