Where is Apple Podcasts Privacy information?

I got in my car today, my iPhone connected to CarPlay. I opened Podcasts and got this message:

“When you are not driving, open Apple Podcasts on your iPhone and review the privacy information”

I spent 10 minutes on the Podcast app searching for privacy information.

Clicking Dismiss just puts me back to the home screen and when I select Podcasts again I get the same popup.
