Apple 8 watch again experiencing battery drain without installing new update!

After having installed the 10.1, my Apple 8 watch started draining rapidly daily. At that time I finally read to reboot my phone, and that helped. My watch is again doing the drain thing without an update being loaded. 2 days of drain so far. Did a reboot, have to recharge. What’s going on? thanks
