Have the feeling that someone I know (boyfriend now ex / he lives in France and I in the UK) listens remotely to my conversations as he reacts afterward to things I may have said on a call to my best friend ?

I have changed all my passwords and Pin numbers to access phone and social networks.

Is there a trusted app / a tool I could use for my Iphone 14 to check whether I am right or completely paranoid ?!

You can run Safety Check to make sure no one else is signed into your account and review the information you are sharing.

There would be no way to stop your best friend from telling someone about your conversation. This is also true of Social Media apps, but you can be assured that your phone is not allowing someone else to remotely monitor your phone calls.

If you’re posting to social media, then that’s the source of your experience.

Anyone can read a social media post without an account and bookmark your profile.

Any photo or video you post is subject to download by anyone.

The only solution is to quit social media and delete your profile accounts. ⛔️

This "spyware" you had claimed is social media. ⚠️

You know what you must do.

Good luck! 👋🏼😉

A far more likely explanation is that whoever you talk to is telling him about your conversations. Unfortunately, it's also a tougher problem to solve.
