Cannot use Apple Music on Music.app, but playlists appear

I have purchased Apple Music in my personal Apple Account.

I have a work issued computer, and I added logged into that account for the Music, Podcast & TV subscriptions on the Media & Purchases section of the settings.

However, the sections under the Apple Music on the sidebar does appear. Funnily enough, when I add a playlist to my library using the iPhone it appears in the playlist section, and I can reproduce it.

In the settings, there is nothing to enable Apple Music (see attached screenshot)

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.5

Getting Songs Selectable and Playable:

Reauthorize this Device:

Go to: Account menu
Hover Over: Authorizations...
Click: Authorize this Computer...
Login: using your Apple ID credentials

I cannot interact with Apple Music (the streaming service), it does not show in Music. However the playlists I add in other devices to my library do appear:

(notice the browse section from Apple Music is not visible)

Talk to your Employer:

So, being a work-issued computer, I wonder if you just don’t have the permissions to use it? Contact the Tach department at work, and request assistance from them with getting access to it.

Your screen shot is correct. Apple Music is already enabled. You don't say what you can't use ie what exactly is the problem?
