I was given a trade in value on my iPad Pro and sent a box. However, I’m trying to bend the box insert around the iPad I broke the screen. Do I still send it in??

Having now broken the iPad screen, its previous trade-in value has now evaporated; a broken iPad has no trade-in value whatsoever.
The cost of repair will exceed any potential trade-in value prior to breakage.
Should you choose to do so, you can still return the iPad for free recycling.
