An A1267 is a LED Cinema Display (24-inch) that takes Mini DisplayPort input. I don't know if hanging it off of the Thunderbolt daisy-chaining port of an Apple Thunderbolt Display (A1407) would work – or if you'd need to hook it up to your Mac or dock separately from the Thunderbolt Display.

In any. case, you would need

  • A Mac that supports two or more external displays, of the right types (some don't)
  • An Apple Thunderbolt 3-to-2 adapter (for the 27" Thunderbolt Display, not for the other one)

I was wrong about you needing an Apple Thunderbolt 3-to-2 adapter.

The Technical Specifications for your 2017 MacBook Air say that your Mac has only one Thunderbolt 2 port, and that there is support for one external display.

Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display and up to 3840-by-2160 resolution at 60Hz on an external display, both at millions of colors

If MacTracker is correct that your Mac can actually drive two daisy-chained Thunderbolt Displays (Macs do not support DisplayPort MST daisy-chaining), then you MIGHT be able to plug the 1920x1200 LED Cinema Display into the Thunderbolt daisy-chaining port on the Thunderbolt monitor, and get a signal. But while MacTracker is usually accurate, note that it is not the "official" word on the Technical Specifications of the machine.
