I wanted to add another cc to my wallet but when the information was being verified by the bank, I was told that the card was already in the wallet but I can't find it

Are you looking in the Wallet app and not Settings app?
Please follow this path,
iPhone > Wallet app > Plus+ button (upper right corner of screen) > Available Cards > if the card was previously installed it may be in Previous Card. Previous Cards can take several minutes to populate once you click it. Please be patient, it may be there.
