Could my Apple ID have been compromised using private relay?

I ran into a problem, I use Bolt taxi, last night there was a strange attempt to charge funds from the card to pay for a taxi, I immediately went into the application and saw that someone had called a taxi in a completely different city, Tbilisi, I live in Batumi. And the payment method was a card, but absolutely not mine, BUT, I saw the entire taxi movement in my account. I completed the trip and logged out of my account, I thought re-logging into my account would help, but after this action my main account simply disappeared. Everything would be fine, but I receive notifications in the mail that thank you for the trip and someone else’s name, absolutely not mine) The question is, how can this be? No one could hack my Apple ID, I have full protection, including my email. No one could hack the Bolt application account either, since it is tied to the Apple ID. I wrote to the application support, they replied that I should be careful with my data. Now I’m writing here, and I want an Apple support employee to see this and help me resolve the issue, to at least check if my Apple account is registered in the Bolt application? More precisely, how many of these accounts are there? After all, I created one and I keep getting emails saying I’m traveling in another city and the email address indicates an Apple ID special address encrypted my email. Thank you

Sorry, but this is a user to user support site and you will not find support directly from Apple here.

It sounds like your Bolt account has been compromised. They may claim that is not the case, but everything you have described clearly points to that conclusion. Whether you use your Apple ID email address or a completely different email address to sign into the Bolt account makes no difference. Your Apple ID is not directly linked to Bolt, it is just an email address and Apple has no idea where you have used that email address to create an account. The password you use for your Bolt account should not be the same as your Apple ID password, and it is never recommended to use the same password for multiple accounts. Immediately change your password used for your Bolt account.

The resolution to your problem is only going to come from Bolt support and if someone else gained access to your Bolt account, they could change the password before you had a chance to do it, which is why you were unable to log back in. I have included the number to contact Apple Support directly, but I am confident that you will need to resolve this with Bolt and Apple will not be able to do that for you.

As for protecting your Apple account, it is always a good idea to change your passwords frequently and be aware of the many phishing attempts to get that password from you.
