I have lost my login details to my iCloud account and have no access to my mobile number to verify my 2 time authentication number

I was jumped a couple of weeks back and had my phone stolen as well as other belongings… my email address is an old one that is the same as my instagram I can’t remember the password as it’s been logged in for ages! I can’t access my 2 time authentication code as it’s linked to my phone that got stolen if anyone could help me I’d appreciate it
