Why does my MacBook Air randomly pause while streaming on Safari and Chrome?

I have a 2024 MacBook Air and every time I try to watch anything on a streaming service it’ll randomly pause several times throughout the episode. I’ve tried updating the computer, resetting every time it starts doing it, and making sure the storage is no where near full. It does this on both safari and chrome so I really can’t find a reason on why it’s been doing this.
