Hey Everyone, I pruchased a macbook air last year, I still have a limited warranty. now my charging cable is not working so can i ask for replacement?if yes, I bought it from a Saturn store in Kaiserslautern, Germany. now i should visit the same store or any apple retailer store near by me for the replacement?

We are users like you. We can not make warranty claim decisions on behalf of Apple. Contact Apple Support or a store to get their advice on how to proceed.
I tried to connect with APPLE support chat, but facing this issue when i click on chat support this message appears in new window. "We don't have enough information to complete this request.
