AirPods pro's Spacial audio not available for mac

Hi, I just got AirPods Pro 2 gen and they work fine on my iPhone, Apple watch, iMac and so on. But when I connect it with my Macbook I cant get spacial audio? Why? I did reset them, mono audio is disabled, I did everything internet says)
