Safari super slow with new Dashlane

Just wanted to share a fix I discovered today on my 13", 2017 MacBook Pro, 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 with 8GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 ram running Ventura 13.6.7. I use Dashlane p/w manager and they recently updated their extensions for Safari.

I did not realize what happened, but suddenly my Safari was painfully slow - unresponsive for about 10-15 seconds or more on any click of the mouse/touchpad. Uninstalled Bitdefender (yes, I know that doesn't help with speed<G>), but it wasn't until I uninstalled the Dashlane extension that I got my old Safari back. I'm not sold on extensions anyway, so not a major adjustment for me. Hope this helps someone...
