My Apple account has been compromised

My apple account has been hacked by several devices and that come from developers.

my account password keeps getting changed.

they are deleting files from iCloud.com they have a Mac Pro ,windows computer,Apple Card and connected to my iCloud Drive account.

this has been going on for years. I have called Apples several times also went into Apple several times.

my privacy and data is exposed to an unknown person I’m extremely depressed.
