Battle.net private relay situation

My Battle.net has been unlinked by accident and on the original account that I’m trying to recover, there’s a private relay, and when I try to send that code to it, I get no emails. How can I get ny account back as I’ve no phone number and no access to their support tickets

private relay Greetings~ I have always used private relay feature & yesterday/today it just stopped working & the Apple notification offers very limited info. but on list of potential reasons was my carrier "may not support or offer" this & yes,they do & nothing has changed since my in person visit to carrier & to Apple store yesterday. iCloud+ gone too but I was just auto billed & yes I confirmed all my info.is correct,up to date & the same 10+ years.Grateful for any suggestions but for "contact support" etc. & __the 'flatine' point dinger/"article reading" XYZ paste:)

Private relay email I bought tickets to a concert through Axs somehow the private relay email was used instead of just my normal email. I have no idea what or how this happened. I cannot log into the axs app to retrieve my tickets. I received a forwarded email with my ticket confirmation. I can log in on the Axs website on my laptop using my Apple ID and see the tickets. but to log in on my phone I need to verify my email and the email is not being forwarded so I can’t log in. Please help I am 72 and have no idea why the private relay email was ever used or how on earth to fix this

To avoid getting terms tangled, I suspect you’re referring to Hide My Email, and not Private Relay.

Add the sending email address to your contacts, test0send to that address from another system, and also check the spam or junk folder for messages.
