I have Stolen Device Protection on, but my FaceID is not working and I cannot access my Apple wallet account, what do i do?

Hi, I turned Stolen Device Protection on and now my FaceID doesn't work. I had to withdraw money from my Apple Savings Account, and it asked for my FaceID. However, my FaceID doesn't work, and it never gave me the option to put my passcode in because the whole point of Stolen Device Protection is protection even against someone who knows your passcode.

Now I cannot access my savings account. I tried to turn Stolen Device Protection off, but it requires my FaceID to do so. What should I do?
