The frequency of the Kernel Crashes is often a sign of a Hardware failure

Though, some time it is related to Third Party Kernel Extension installed on this computer

To TEST if this is a Third Party Kernel Extension issue

Restart in Safe Mode. This will perform a Disk Repair, clear cache files and only load Apple Software, extensions and fonts.

The boot up will be slow and can take some time - Normal.

Safe Mode will also eliminate Third Party Software, extensions and drivers from loading.

It will only load the Minimum amount of Core Apple Processes to allow the the computer to function at a reduced Level of Performance

Does the issue present in this mode ?

It really helps to know the exact model of the device & version of OS when asking for assistance online. You can get this information by clicking the Apple menu & selecting "About This Mac".

I am not certain, but I believe SEP may refer to the Secure Enclave Processor. And it had a memory protection module error. To me, this sounds like a hardware issue with the computer. You can try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. Unfortunately the diagnostics do not usually identify problems, but it never hurts to check. If the diagnostics do report an error, then you will likely need to have the computer repaired for a hardware failure.

It could be a system modification you have installed, an external hardware device, or an internal hardware fault. Apple Diagnostics is not designed to find that type of problem.

EtreCheck can show you (and us) what you have installed. You can use Share Report > Copy Report then paste it into the Additional Text area (document icon) in a reply. You can also paste the full panic log text in the Additional Text area.

Hi, many thanks for your Feedback, yes, forgot, I was too focused to describe the problem. OS Sonoma 14.5 , but with the previous OS I had the same issue. Model is MacBook Air M1, A2337, 16GB RAM, apple diagnostics showed no hardware issue. Most of the time when it happens is when the laptop is in a sleep mode over night and you open it and sometime it starts the computer from the beginning and restarting the mac over and over again without loading an OS and sometimes the wake up was successful but it opened fail warning message that something went wrong and opened the panic message described before.
