I’ve purchased an M3 Pro 16inches and realized it’s too heavy for a girl like me. It’s over 14 days, can I exchange it to a M3 Pro 14-inches? I only turned it on once and it’s been in the box ever since.

Returning a Device:
A. Ask Apple:
A return is up to Apple. These are user-to-user forums. No one here has any say in returns and exchanges. Note that you have 14 days to return it. So, take it to the Apple Store, asking if this is an option for you.
B. As for the Hollidays, Apple has added a few extra days in the past for returning ding the Holliday season, due to undecided gifts.
C. Consider AppleCare:
Being this has expired, you may want to consider AppleCare for this. It would be extremely wise for such an expensive item. My 2017 MBP when dead 11 times, and being such a patient customer, then grading me a $2,500 upgrade for no more than the price of coverage --the connection between the screen a LogicBoard was loose, and it eventually when dead.
