Dark Mode on Safari!

I have my MacBook system in dark mode all the time, but Safari version 17.5 still show it in white background on some website like NYT! Some websites allow separate dark mode but not everything in safari is in dark mode. On the other hand on Chrome everything is dark!

I think the solution is to make Chrome my default browser!
