Updated Password

I had to change my Apple password because my phone was suspiciously trying to be used in another country. I tried to go on to Apple TV and it said that I had to change my password when it initially came up on the screen. It had my email address. I accidentally started to put in the new password, but the cursor was blinking at the end of my email address so when I started to put my password in the first letter of my password is on the end of my email address and I can't get back to the spot of where my email addresses to change it . I looked on my Apple account here, and the email address is correct so I just need to know once you're on the screen that says Apple ID password how do I get back to the page that actually lists my email address, anybody??
