Apple refused to give iPhone 13mini Warranty within warranty period

Regardless, what you posted isn't applicable to iPhone. Daily, we see people who bought an iPhone in the US (Likely believing they're saving money) to find warranty isn't available to them in India. All we can do is advise users who ask about this to NOT buy their iPhone in the US if they don't live in the US. And for those who didn't take the advice and often come back complaining in the future, to hop on a plane and come back to the US or send it to someone they know in the US for service as Apple doesn't accept international shipment.

An iPhone warranty is only valid within the country where purchased.

What you do depends on your circumstances; if your phone is essential to your livelihood, you might want to purchase a new device THERE …

… while your U.S. device still has at least some functionality and ability to support the backup and transfer process.

Some of us who travel extensively and/or work in remote locales DO carry spare phones as a risk mitigator for just these sorts of situations.

This has been posted before, BUT it doesn't apply to iPhone. iPhone's legal warranty, specifically says "warranty may be limited to the country of purchase" and that is likely because iPhone is sold regionally, with regional differences for the same product.

At the AASP level regional parts might a reason to deny service if the iPhones parts were not available in that region. But an Apple Store would be able to order worldwide/regional parts.

At the very least the AASP should upon up a ticket on the item and document the issue. That would enter his serial number in Apple’s system and preserve the customers legal rights by establishing a warranty claim, even if local service is not available.

The next issue for AASP is to determine defect and replacement part. Then determine if he can get the part(s) from Apple. Service can be denied for lack of available parts.

Lastly, an Apple Store in India would certainly be able to service the unit and obtain parts if necessary.

Apple will be happy to honor the warranty. All you have to do is get on a plane, fly to the US, then make an appointment at an Apple Store in the US City you just flew to.

You could also ship it to someone you know in the US and have them take it in for service for you...

You forgot to highlight the next very important sentence / disclaimer:

However, service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. 

So, it is up to the service organization in any given country to determine what "options" will be offered.

The lawyers would have fun with this one. The document says in effect that there is a worldwide warranty, but it may not be available in any given country.

Sorry you’re correct, but service can be obtained worldwide. Issue might involve correct modem and other specific board limitations. Modem is a separate board. China might have some hardware limitations at the board level.

A screen issue <might> not require special parts. But in a larger metro area there may be multiple AASP.

Little solace for the many many many people who buy their phone in the US who are denied warranty support outside the US.

This is why it's never a good idea to buy your iPhone outside the country you live and will use it. iPhone warranty has NEVER been international and it applies to the country of purchase.

I wish that your store was in Rome. The Apple Store there refused to even look at my phone...and all that I wanted was to pay to have the battery replaced......out of warranty.

If I had purchased the phone in another country in the European Union, they would have been able to help.
