iPhone 11 camera and flashlight problem

Some time ago, after an IOS update, the camera and flashlight of my iPhone 11 stopped working: when I open the back camera, it opens with 2x zoom and a black screen, when I go to zoom 1x, the screen is still black, when I go to 0,5x, the camera opens and I can take pictures, even with flash. Front camera is ok.

This is a problem because I can't scan QR codes etc. anymore.

Also the flashlight is not working, except when I use it as flash in zoom 0,5x mode. So hardware seems to be ok.

According to the local Apple shop, this is a software problem, iPhone reset doesn't help. They tell me to wait for the next update...

Can anyone help me with this issue? Is Apple working on this problem ? I don't seem to be the only one with this problem!!
