How can I screen record on my iPhone without downloading an app to do it? (I understand that sound won’t be recorded; I just need the visual. )

Open the Settings app on your phone
Select Control Center from the available options
There will be a list titled “Included Controls”. Make sure the Screen Recording option is under that list. If it isn’t scroll down to “More Controls” and select the “+” sign next to Screen Recording.
Swipe down from the top right of your screen. You should see the Screen Recording icon under your controls.
Tap the icon. It will countdown from 3 seconds and then begin to record your screen. Swipe up from the bottom to return to your home screen. You are now recording your screen! You can use this function on any app or website that allows you to record your screen.
Top stop recording your screen, tap the red recording button that is at the top of your screen. It will stop your recording and automatically save it to your camera roll.
