Lyft thru CarPlay to hearing aids

When I run the Lyft Driver app through my iPhone 14 Pro, I can play the audio through my hearing aids by turning both aids off and on. With wired CarPlay, this hack doesn’t work. The audio only plays through the car speakers or I can mute it. Is there a way to play it through my hearing aids?

How to prevent hearing aids from automatically syncing to Mac using bluetooth. My hearing aids connect to my Mac and my iPhone using bluetooth. Unfortunately, they sync to the Mac automatically. When this happens, they will not sync with my iPhone unless I manually disconnect from the Mac. How do I turn off the automatic syncing on the Mac? I currently tell the Mac to forget the hearing aids after watching videos so that I can take phone calls.
