Why doesn't my second bank account show up in my Apple Card under Bank Account?

I've added a second bank account to my wallet so that I can transfer from my Apple Card to that account. When I try to transfer money from my Apple Card it only shows an option to use my first bank account. I see my second bank in my wallet but not when I try to transfer or when I open my Apple Card and click Bank Account. What can I do?

Goldman Sachs does not permit cash advances from Apple Card. Are you referring to your Apple Cash account? Apple Cash can transfer funds to most bank accounts. However, some banks do not permit ACH transfers and that can restrict transfer of funds. Are you referring to Apple Gift Card? Funds on a gift card or Apple ID Account are non-transferable.
