How can I stop unauthorized charges from Apple Music and iTunes?

I pay for Apple Music but recently was charged via PayPal for iTunes. I have thousands of songs in iTunes that I dl’ed over the years prior to being forced to subscribe to Apple Music. Still have many OG CD’s. Support is not helpful. Anyone else have this issue?
