How do I request a refund for a streaming service that was charged twice
I did a change in my streaming service, I did an upgrade from $5.99 to $7.99 but I realized that they took all the 7.99 from my account, I already paid $5.99 at the first time and then they took another $7.99 from my account,is that correct? I mean is like I’m paying to times, I don’t have access to the support chat I don’t know why and I want to know what can I do thanks for read and I’ll be thankful for your help.
