Privacy Issue! Facetime camera automatically on iPhone

How do I stop my iPhone camera from automatically turning on during Facetime call, when I unplug from Carplay?

This is a huge privacy issue. The camera should never turn on without me turning it on. But mine does. And it happens every time.
